Default Wheel hop

how do you guys deal with wheel hop? mine hops like crazy in the sand, which is alot of my off roading conditions. i have been thinking about making some traction bars to see if it helps, any ideas?

they look pretty cool, i like how they mount to the top of the spring pad. do they limit flex bad? and how about road handling/ride?

No effect on ride quality or handling at all. They also work very well keeping the tires planted on wet pavement.

The installation will vary by year model of the truck. For example, I didn't have to modify the brackets that sit above the axle, they fit my truck just fine without any cutting.
