Arrow Fuse/Relay panel under hood doesn't match manual?

Super confused and hope this isn't a stupid thing to ask... For whatever reason I was poking around the under hood fuse/relay panel and then looking at the manual and it appears that I am missing stuff. Which is weird because my truck runs but there are things missing like the fuel pump relay?

I have taken some pictures.
I also numbered a couple things according to the picture of the manual.
Is this normal??

According to the manual relay 45A/B are wiper hi/low and wiper park/run
I have those. but if you look beside it there are two more relays

46A states it's not used yet the picture shows an outline of a relay, and I have a relay there... then below it 46B is the front washer pump.

I have question marks on those because if you look to the right of the picture I have two larger relays which don't match up to the diagram at all??

It appears 47A/B and 48A/B should be smaller relays. but it doesn't appear to match anything.

49 Relay on the manual shows the Full Starter but in my panel I don't have that?

Then to the right of the manual 48A/B show the smaller replays of Fog lamps and Fog lamp relay. My truck didn't have that via the factory so I get why those aren't there.

50A/B should be in the far right corner and smaller relays. 50B states fuel pump. Yet I don't have that at all? How could I not have a fuel pump relay? Seems odd as hell to me?

Another question is fuse 43. It's bright red and has a picture of 6.9 ohms? What is this? The manual shows that 43 is not used so should I remove that.

Totally confused and hopefully someone can shed some light. I hope these aren't stupid questions but it just seems really odd that the manual isn't lining up with the truck?
Any more pictures that are requested just let me know and I'll go out and snap some more pictures for clarity...etc.

Where is the lid to that fuse box, and either your owners manual is adaptive for ALL VERSIONS of your truck and you may be just on a wrong page or thats not the correct manual for your vehicle.

Unusual.

Is that a ford EVTM for a ranger? LOL.

If it is an EVTM mine has different diagrams for the different motors, and usually has the diagrams for the most amount of accessories per model meaning everything it could be ordered with.

Mine has stuff missing also but not the fuel pump.

What manual is that?

Default Re: Fuse/Relay panel under hood doesn't match manual?

Forgot to update. Apparently the manual is wrong. I found the exact fuse box/list online via google search and it matched with mine exactly. On the front of the users manual that I have it states 2001 Ford Ranger. So not sure exactly why it doesn't match up... quite odd.

After checking online:
http://www.autogenius.info/ford-rang...e-box-diagram/

That's the one that matches with what I have.

The lid on the fuse box was off so I could snap the picture.

quite strange.
