Stopped by the Big R store on the way to Wally this morning, with the wife and a guy came out of the store just starring toward us,thought maybe he knew us, but he was starring at the Ranger,he said "sure is a nice Ranger,what year is it?" "I said 2004" he said, "that's what I need" LOL!

Guy at the gas station not too long ago, made a comment
of my truck, asked the year and such. Talked for a few minutes
about it, before he asked if I could give him $1 for beer!
Didn't do it, as I have NOT carried cash in ages!

Keith sorry to inform you, but I think the guy was kissing up, to pull a dollar out of your wallet.Then again, he could have been sincere about your Ranger.I have a lot of people walking by to look at the push mower I have for sale in my lawn, but usually leads up to,"do you have a extra cigarette" Lol!

Would not have done it regardless.
I don't have money to give out!
Especially not for alcohol. Was pretty
much asking everyone at gas station for cash.

I'm afraid with the current economy,this will become the current norm.The common people are hurting more and more daily, that's why I repair and sale mowers to help poor people out and put a little jingle in my pocket in retirement.They just told my son yesterday, they were cutting his pay and hours.I think were all living in a big balloon, that's going to pop.

Still waiting to get disability benefits myself!
Have not worked since July 2013.
Serious health issues.

First compliment I had, was at a gas station in Denver, years ago!
Guy really like my truck. As I recall, he used to own one long ago.

Glad you had a honest compliment, even though it was years ago,we all need any compliment, about anything, from time to time,gives us a reason to keep it up whatever it may be. About your disability, finding a legitimate doctor to stand behind your file, does wonders.

My Dr does! Can't believe I still don't have benefits!
Had to get new lawyer. One I had never had to go to
Federal level fighting. Been trying for 3 1-2 years, to date.

Realize your frustration,they have plenty of money for people coming to the US and cell phones, but nothing left for the hard working Americans.Hopefully things will be changing soon. Best of luck to you!

At least you live in a state that allows you to buy something for your pain.The only thing I have in my state is pain pills and they don't help squat.

Know thread is a bit old......

Had someone make a comment on my truck today, as I waiting in line
at the drive through at Mc Donalds. Was a Ranger owner as well.
Thought mine looked pretty good. Was abl to talk, for a couple minutes, before
I was finally able to move up, and get lunch!

Pulled in to get gas yesterday and the guy and wife on the other side leaned out around the pump and said"nice Ranger and love those old school slots on it" made my day! Is it just me or did the red FRF page finally get fixed?
