Took my truck into the local Ford dealer to get the recall airbag replaced, the service manager said his mechanics were standing around admiring Ol'Blackie and he couldn't get any work done! He told me "that thing sure is a cremepuff". Sure made my day.LOL!

well, being the fact that it's a ford the check engine light came on. My dad had the code scanner so I just stopped by O'Reilly's and had them scan it.
The guy came out to scan it, and brought the new guy with him. While the first guy was working with the scanner, I noticed the second one was walking around my truck.
He comes back around and tells me "you have a sharp truck here man, I love the wheels", The guy scanning it tells me he's been looking for a full-size five speed and wanted to know if I would sell it. Lol.

My cousin's complement on my truck, after he worked on her (this is his way of a compliment, anyways):

Thanks,Tyler Part of it is, that I live in a small town and most everybody is friendly. Plus they might have been kissing up, thinking I might come back for a vehicle some time.LOL!

^That's the kind of look I get when I drive by the sales people after picking something up from the parts department. They know how old it is so they figure I'll stop and look at some newer trucks. I just drive right on by.
