i gutted my core support and mounted the radiator as far forward as I could, but not sure about gen-III. I would consider other options. that's a lot of coolant and your water pump may not be able to move the water effectively through all of the piping you'd need. FWIW you're at one of the hardest parts of this swap, time to put on the thinking cap

well idk what happened but i tried for the longest time to try and get the radiator in and i mean tried and tried and now i feel stupid cus i just thought id give it one more try and there it goes right in so i guess im really lucky but thanks for your help but i get to go back to the original plan nows but is it ok that the power steering pulley is extremly close to the transmission cooler linesnot touching but very close

----------

one quick question tho does anyone know of a real good fan that will fit in front of the radiator where the ac radiator use to be to go with the 4.0 radiator

As long as they don't touch when you're out knocking around in it...why not move the cooler and lines?
