Default Making my bumper light mount

So I finally took the first step into making a bumper light bar for my 93. I'm short on money experience and access to any big tools so this is where I'm at.

I took a 4 runner tube bumper I had in the basement and cut the main tube out of it, has tabs and mounting spots. This is where I'm stuck, just drill holes in my bumper and mount call it a day? Or weld a piece of tube from tow hook bracket to tow hook bracket and mount to that inside the bumper.

Here are pics of were i am it's raining out So I can't do to much

Personally I would go the weld/tow hook route.

Well seeing you chose to weld, you could have eliminated the bar and just used angle iron for your brackets!

George.

I actually thought that as well when I mounted them but since then I have grown to like the fact that I can turn them on in the trails and keep my headlights off, around here the only land to ride on is mostly state owned .. Meaning your trespassing , not having my hid head lights shining 30 feet up Into the trees makes me a little less noticeable
