Spent a few hours on that last night, I get the truck again on wednesday to add some more tubes and then hopefully get a skid on there next weekend.

$500 with light tabs, aluminum skid plate, 1-3/4 .120 wall main tube, boxed frame horns.
Usually at shops tube bumpers start around 500 for tube frame horns, the boxed horns take a few hours just to weld so it adds to the price. I am going to get a few more sets of frame horns cut in the next few weeks.

I have ideas in mind for both front and rear bumpers. What kind of welding are you doing?
