Re: custom bumper how to thread?
There's nothing better then a tape measure and a little imagination. My advice is look at a bunch of pictures of different style bumpers and take ideas from all of them, and draw it out. Somebody could make a how to on building a bumper, but why would you want the exact same one as that guy? A how to will only cover what that guy did, not what you want to do (though it may give a little bit better sense of direction). The beauty of bumpers is that most makes and models all have the same basic concept: big piece of metal up front, a couple of brackets and a few bolts. Check out a bunch of different sites, steal ideas, create your own and START BUILDING!
