Which grinder for rear hangers.
Need to replace the rear hangers but I don't have the proper tool to grind down the rivets.
I doubt my little dremel will work.
Which one and what discs would be best for this?

Re: Which grinder for rear hangers.
You could either use a 4 1/2" angle grinder with a cutoff disc, or a die grinder/cut off disc if you have an air compressor. You could cut the head of flush, or cut an "x" on the head and chisel it off.
You can use a regular grinding wheel and just grind it off, I much prefer cut off wheels myself, goes quicker for me.

4 1/2" electric angle grinder, a stack of cut off wheels, and a few grinding discs will do the trick then. If you've got a harbor freight tools near you, all of the above can be had for 25-30 bucks.

Re: Which grinder for rear hangers.
When I did mine I used the grinding wheel on my angle grinder.

How easy was removing the bed? I did it on my S-series truck a few years ago to fix a fuel tank issue. It was 8 bolts under the bed and some tail light wiring.

6 bolts (they go from the top down, so you don't have to lay under the truck to get them off) hold the bed down, 3 bolts hold the fuel filler beck to the bed, and one plug for the taillight harness.
Heat and lubrication will be your friend on the bed bolts.
I highly recommend pulling the bed to replace the spring hangers. Makes it soooo much easier.
