Anyone have any suggestions for a cordless impact wrench?

Milwaukee brushless. 3 year battery warranty, 5 year tool warranty IIRC. Best warranty in the business. 1100-1200 reverse ft/lb torque and something like 700-800 forward ft/lb torque. And it's cheaper than snap on. Best tool in my box IMO. I use it every hour of every work day and the 5.0 amp/hr battery lasts about 4-5 days usually.

Yessir, I have the hog ring anvil, but I'm changing sockets all day. If you're going to use it for mechanics I suggest that. If you're gonna be running down the same size lag bolts all day then the pin detent would be fine.

They are pretty good tools. That's what one of my guys swears by and he did get them to warranty his last impact after he burned it up.
I run ryobi. They are not as powerful as those big Milwaukees but they get the job done. I've accumulated so many of their big batteries when they go on sale it isn't worth changing brands at this point.
They also have almost every tool you can think of. I think 70 plus tools that work off their 18v.

Re: Cordless impact wrench suggestions
Ive got the 3/8" 20v from Matco.
As a General Service Tech at Firestone, I use it almost every day to remove lug nuts. Some are a bit difficult to get off but its takes most off that are around 100ft lbs or less.
I really do need to get the 1/2" though.

I've got the 1/2" DeWalt impact and it's been a good tool for me. But the rest of my bigger cordless tools are DeWalt so it made more sense to me to go with DeWalt.
My brother in law had the Milwaukee and has had a good experience with it so far. Uses his tools day in and day out, I just use mine on auto and farm equipment repair.

Re: Cordless impact wrench suggestions
I bought the ridgid 1/2" - just because I already have a set of batteries/chargers/tools. Works ok for my occasional home use. Mostly swapping wheels/tires summer - winter.
