Hey guys Im looking for ideas to strengthen my frame to help with the frame twist, I can pretty much fab up anything i need, just looking for ideas and pics

Is it still an "on-road" vehicle?

If so, I believe that's a rather touchy subject as the frame is made to absorb impacts at certain points along its length.

"Bracing things" could really impact its performance...but, I'm not really up on that - so I'll leave it to the others to chime-in....

no. That's asking for trouble now. Major trouble

The frame is engineered to crush in spots and resist in others. You bracing that throws all that out the window and also opens another windows to lawsuits

I'll leave out the details, your efforts to "strengthen" the frame are bound to create details in the frame that won't stand up to fatigue, and will ultimately crack. Remember, when evaluating structures subject to fatigue, the first concern is to design for ultimate strength, then comes design for fatigue and durability. If you just so happen to understand the meaning of the word, "hardpoint" as far as this subject goes, then you will fully understand the fatigue matter.
