That's a sweet looking design! Built this one my self cut and welded and sprayed all within 24 hours it was on my truck

Haha pretty much it's al 1/4 inch plate and the bar is 2" OD with 1/4 wall heavy duty right here 15,000lbs d rings with triple pass welds on both sides I have hit 2 coyotes already and not a issue at all! Next project is making skid plates for the axles and transfercase she looks stock but it's built ford tough! I like the work you have done with your builds

Also rear bumper all 1/4 inch plate with the same 15,000lbs d rings but I went over kill and they got 6 passes with mig on both sides and it's all braced so nothing bends when being pulled on

DAMNNN you've got some bad ass bumpers ! I still need to order my d ring shackles and my 10" LED I'm going to use them in a fog light set up haha.

Thanks guys! These bumpers sure help I hit a coyote with my truck recently and I found about half of it good solid bumoers and I have had people rear end me in the parking lot and all I have to do is while there paint of the Bedliner

Good job to both you guys. How do you keep your D rings from rattling when your driving? The ones on my equipment trailer about drive me nuts.

Morimoto projectors, '06 tails and power mirrors. LEDs all the way around. Blacked out fender badge. Access Limited rollup tonneau. 5% tint on back three windows. Airbox mod, FWIW. And a Border Collie that likes it too!!

My bumpers are sprayed with truck bed liner so that really dampens the noise before the paint it drove me crazy the rattling they did or ever red light they would make a noise but the bed liner takes away the metal on metal noise they are quiet it's very rare I hear them
