Hey guys, this is my first post.
I've been thinking about plasti dipping my bumpers and maybe the grill also on my black ranger. I really want it to stand out from other trucks. It came with a blue line down the side of both sides of the truck, so I was thinking about maybe pulling in some blue ether on the rims, or some design? I haven't seen anyone plasti dip there trucks with anything besides black. Is this because it doesn't turn out good? Any ideas and pictures of your black ranger would be a great help.

Most places only sell black and white. And black usually looks better if your doing a grille, wheels, or bumpers. As for the blue, I'd do a blue outline on your rims, all the way around.

thanks that sounds like a good idea. as far as the bumpers do I pasti dip the plastic pieces on them also or just the chrome?

I'd do both chrome and plastic so it matches. That's what I did with my rear bumper. My front bumper, I don't have a balance panel.

I think black would good. Also I like the idea of beauJCope about the blue outline.

Hey Bob. I've done the front bumper,below the back bumper (where the metal is), driver and passenger mirrors, grille, did my own bug deflector ( for shits and giggles) door handles and tailgate handle. All the ranger logos. Also followed up with the glossifier on mirrors, handles and logos to give it the shiny look. Left bumper flat black for now. Let me know if u want some better pictures.

Hey guys I ended up doin just the bumpers black for now. I might do the rims later with the blue line around it. Any ides how to make sure it has a perficit circle around the rims?

Try to find a circle lid or maybe even a lamp shade or something, Lol just looming around my house at circle objects.
You could also take your time and carefully tape a circle

They have application tools and vids on how to apply it. I personally want to do my grill, wheels and bumpers.
