how can i remove 2 year old vht night shades on my reverse lights only?

Sand it with 1000 grit will buff

It's sandpaper it's removing something. Wet sand if its just gumming up the paper

Worked for me on something 3 years old. Just use some elbow grease.

no solvents that can fog or discolor the plastic sanding is the best way imo

There was a thread on this awhile ago the dude said he used...I think it was called goof off and then he wet sanded them to brighten em back up.

suck it martians, I'm a whole lot tougher than any of them 09 fx4

Yeah goof off will take it off but it won't keep the finish pretty. That stuff likes to mess up plastic.

At my work we used lacquer thinner. Pour it on a rag and wipe off
