Exclamation Body lift body mount problem

Started installing my body lift today and what a pain it is. Got my bed up though so it isn't too bad. My main problem is 3 cab body mounts. When I turn 2 of the driver side cab body mount bolts the rubber its self moves as well. Any tips and tricks i can do to get the bolt out without ruining the mount?

The third one is the rear passenger mount. It broke with half of the bolt still in the body mount....im loss for words for this one.

Any advice would be awesome.

All I got is a propane torch that good enough? I'm not sure exactly how to go about impacting the bolts out.

I think that will work you will just have to sit on it altitude longer, if you can't impact it just use the wrench you have, you might have to heat it a few times is all
