Painted my grille and step bars today
Well, after thinkin about doing this for a while, I painted my grille and step bars today. I'm horrible with remembering that I was going to take pictures till I'm halfway through something. I just masked off the headlights, grill shell, and emblem and sprayed it Rustoleum flat black, and compared to the dull gray it had turned, this looks sharp, I think. I also painted the step bars as they were looking a little dull in a few spots as well. Tell me what you think!

Re: Painted my grille and step bars today
It probably would've just been easier to take off the grille surround and then just tape up the surround. Looks good either way. Nice job.

Re: Painted my grille and step bars today
That looks really good. I hate how the honeycomb grilles fade like that.
