Help !!! 2006 tail lights

I have a 2000 xlt that i put 2006 tail lights on and was thinging about putting a bulb in the bottom chamber of light,is there a write-up or how to on this?
I've used search with no luck!
The 2000 xlt is a 2 bulb system,i want to make it a 3 bulb,with a 2 wire socket on bottom bulb.

you want to put a bulb in the area where the reflector is?

Dremel the notches for the bulb holder

I don't know for sure, but wouldn't that cause bright red glare that could irritate people behind you?
