new bumper
so my front bumper on my truck is way messed up and i like the look on the stock one . well i found a cheap replacement that i bought for 10 well the only catch is that the truck that it came off of was burnt to the ground and the bumper is all blue and black from the heat and i was wondering if anyone had any idea if it can be buffed out or should i just sand it down and paint it black or somthing???

You can grind it out, but that will ruin the finish on it. I don't think that will buff out though. You may want to just sand it down and paint it black.
