Default Offroad Lights/ Light Bar Mounting Suggestions

I am looking for some solutions to add extra offroad lights, I have already them behind the grill, but am looking to add more and I'd really like to find a bar for the roof to mount them on preferably, but I can't find anything when I google this and I didn't see anything when searching the forum. Maybe some of you guys who have roof racks or light bars could direct me to a better source. I'm not looking for a prerunner bumper or anthing like that. Maybe if I can't find anything I could settle for a bull bar, but I'd like to hear your suggestions. Thanks!

If you want something permanent I've seen some guys mount racks from other vehicles on the cab. I have all mine in the light bar now but I used to have two mounted to my yakima rack. U may do some research and find a yakima system that will mount to your truck cab. U could do that with a 48" cross bar and mount your lights off that. Just some ideas.

Here is my set up and old set up

not really needed

just buy one from a junk yard cut it down to the proper length place it on the roof mark measure a few more times then screw it down with some silicone on the screws for waterproofing

It does look sharp on the ones I've seen. I have a rack from a GMC Jimmy on my camper shell and its held up perfect for 2 1/2 years of hell

Expo rack is the way to go. Easy to do and only about $7 from the junk yard and plenty of room for lights

that rack does look really good! Well if any of you guys have some more detailed information, I would greatly appreciate it. Like I stated earlier, I have installed the lights behind the grill so I do have a little bit of skill as far as doing projects are concerned but I'm not super technical yet. Any advice or help would be great!

okay, my main concern is with bolting it down. I followed your build thread and it looks like you just screwed into the roof and didn't need to remove the headliner? Is that what you did? I would totally do this, but like I said I just want to know what I'm looking at in terms of securing it to the roof

Awesome, an no problems with the rack staying secure? Also something about silicone on the screws when you screw them in? And do I need to drill a hole for the screws or just let them screw in?
