Driving lights mounted under bumper

Hey all, I bought some cheap driving lights from autozone to mount under my bumper(upside down). The driving light laws where I live make it so with my lift, mounting driving lights on top of my bumper would be too high. After about a month of driving with these new lights I realized there is a vent hole on the bottom of the driving lights(facing up) and a lot of moisture and debris was getting in them. My question is: does anybody have a suggestion for a good on-road driving light that can be mounted upside down without having a vent that will accumulate debris? Preferably completely sealed. Why not seal the ones you got?

I like these,not driving lights but fog lights mounted upside down between license plate.
