I didnt sand my lights at all. Just cleaned with alcohol and sprayed on. Nice gloss, smooth finish no sand or polishing

The reason I asked is because my friend has an s10 and he sprayed 3 coats of auto paint from a spray gun. It looked good at first but he's got a lot of spider cracks all over it. Should've known he was dumb for getting a chevy. :0

x2 three max depending on how heavy your coats are. I did one light coat and two heavy coats before they got to where I wanted them to be.

Only sand if needed. You dont need clear but one or two coats will help i guess. Headlights. At max two coats. Light coats. But i dont recommend it.

Trust me clear coat u want it so the uv rays can't penetrate the paint

----------

Y do u think the clear coat every cars paint just for the shiny, glossy look yes that's a plus they don't want the paint to fade or crack and they do 10 coats or more

don't do your heads. And you dont need to sand. Just clean with alcohol. The number of coats is to your preference. Do one coat at a time and see how you like it. I did one coat and then went back and did a second and then a third. You dont need UV clearcoat either

Thats paint. The vht is removable. Its not if you spray clearcoat on it.
