Default Help with lowering my 93 xl 2wd

There are a few different ways that I know of but im trying to get very low and affordably ... this truck is just going to be a toy.

what would be best Rear axle flip on the bach then dream beams and cut a coil off the springs? also once you do the axle flip can you then use lowering blocks they do on the S10?

Thank you for your help!! I'm hoping there are spindles or something out there I can utilize as well so some suggestions would be awesome.

I am erally wanting that slammed look with 15" whweels on it

possibly 16" wheels im going with some all chrome steel wheels w/ 4' white walls, Flat black ect. going for that 50's rat rod look
