Default NEED HELP!!!!! How the heck do I get the light out of the head light?

I'm trying to install a new light into my front left headlight on my 07 Ranger and I can't seem to get it out. Is there a magic word?

Neve done it on either of my Fords but I imagine it's a housing that you probably have to twist but 1st push in a clip.
