Default Bed liner adhesive

My 01 has a black, ribbed bed liner that is loose and buckeled up about 11/2" at the tailgate. Not much rust now but I want to clean it out and fasten it down. The loose segment is about 2" wide and goes about 10 " towards the cab. How should I proceed?

There's really no way to stop water, dirt, and random vegitation (leaves, bark, pine needles) from finding its way underneath a drop-in bedliner. Sooner or later it will start to rust. Like DJ said, ditch it & do either a roll-on or spray-in bedliner. Monstaliner has a great product that you can do yourself. Herculiner is cheaper, and some people have had good experience with it.

If you go with a DIY kit, prep work is paramount. If it's not prepped well, the liner will come off pretty quickly.

x2. cant stress the prep work enough. sanding, sanding, sanding, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, taping. very important.

This is why you take it to someone who specializes in it. If they do it and mess it up guess what? They are going to fix it or I would just start taking things until it added up to 400 bucks.
