I had to trim the header panel a little so the bolts I fastened the billet to the grill shell would fit...other than that everything fit great...crappy pic but all I did was drill 2 slots in the fiberglass so the bolts would slide past enough

Mine is flat black...it's just the plastic, but it looks great as far as I'm concerned..took it to get color matched, ford wanted $170 just to paint the outer shell, cheapest I found was $110...so it stays this way indefinitely

Me? My grill shell? Nope, came like that..it's just the black plastic...but I think it looks good as is...if it starts fading, I'll do something then

I looked for the mesh, sadly they dont make them like that, well acually they don't make any, but Ive seen people make thier own

It really wasn't a big deal. Yours may be a little different. All I did was drill some short slots..completely hidden once either grill is installed..can't see it at all

I just looked up on there site, I didnt know they sale those for upward of $700, I even seen some at $1700, makes me wonder if their made out of Unicorn horns damn it, its just a grille.
