Default For or Against In-bed Roll bars

I have a smittybilt roll bar that sits bolted into my bed. Recently I have been wondering what other people thought about them. They look decent but just want some opinions.

I like the look of them, especially in black, but I dislike the way they compromise bed space and cant have a tonneau cover. I'd have one if it wasnt for those negative points.

As far as bed space they don't take much but the fact that I don't have the option for the tonneau cover is a huge downside.

they compromise bed space when you have bike, or you're moving, etc. Every inch counts, especially when you only have small to no cab space and a 6 ft bed

Yep. I like the way they look, especially on an extended cab pickup. But they are quite limiting, if you use the bed for more than tailgate parties.

I can fit my Yamaha YFZ 450 that can fit, does that count as more then a tailgate party?! 😉 Thanks for the feedback though!

I have a black roll bar and lights on mine I love it. I felt before like there were to many rangers around where I live that looked exactly like mine. Now it feels unique.

Honestly? I think that might look a little odd not bad just odd you should try it and post pictures! As long as the mods you do to your truck make you happy who cares. So I say go for it!
