I have a Ford branded soft cover with snaps - sorry no pics at the moment.
Pros: looks nice, keeps the bed dry, holding up well (though I've had it less than a year), snaps keep things even and tight, rolls up out of the way.
Cons: expands and contracts with temp - damned tight in the cold sometimes, don't want to leave too much snow on it for fear of it stretching out, no real security, rolling up neatly is slower
I'm thinking I'd like a fold-up aluminum cover - something like the Bakflip HD. Still looking around at this point. Looked at the all-aluminum roll-top types, but you lose some bed space to the cannister, and their more complicated (more points of failure) than the fold-up.
