The tailgate wouldnt close cause it looks like the middle of the tire would prevent it.

Sorry to here that, I hope he (thier) alright? And were able to get as good a replacement truck.

Yep middle of the tire for sure. Just maybe in my case it will fit with the gate up. As my ITP Mud Lite's may be a little smaller than his tires. And my ATV is a 450cc not 500cc (probably not much diff. there though but maybe just enough)

Cheers

Theres a guy I see around town with a CanAM800 and an mid 90's ranger with this god-awful two-tone blue and gray paintjob and a white racing stripe down the middle of it. I see him from time to time and he's got the bike pushed ontop of his toolbox to get most of it in. Sags the truck down so low, too. I am gonna snap a photo next time I see the rig

P.S STL, those pictures are awesome! I am in love with the second one.

He was just a little sore. He took the money from that black truck and made another just like it in a different color. Toreador? Maybe I'm wrong on the color it was. But then he found out the new truck had a little bit of frame damage so he got rid of it and bought himself a nice f-150.

Glad to here it was nothing serious for him (Pitty about his truck though, it was realy sweet). Hope he's just as happy with and F150.

To big for my liking though (my brother has a 2003 F250 now) and I used to have a F150. I've done the bigger truck thing. Full size Jimmy, Chev Astro van (yuk / kid bus), GMC Sierra, Jeep Cherokee Limited. And after one Jeep YJ and two Jeep TJ's (Sahara & Rubicon) I have come to much prefer smaller trucks. For off road / trail purposes / and my wallet).

Oh yes! they sure did. But I didn't mind a bit. I bought them for my fun times offroad (hunt camps / camps / fishin holes). Not for the speedways / highways lolol. Just did the speed limits. There definatly not a highway vehicle. 32" MTR's weeered like crazy, didn't mind that either. That's why my new Ranger is sporting MTR's now to. Love it!!!!

Cheers Jeff

Hey Justin

That would be great! I'll look forward to all the pics.
Could you take some pics of the inside of the truck box with your 450 Kawi in it? How close it comes to your rear window? ATV wheels relative to the wheel wells? ATV footplates reative to the wheel wells? Sorry for all the requests.

Thanks Jeff

Hey Trent

Nice pics. Gives me a better view on how an ATV fits a Rangers truck bed. I'm hoping I am able to close my tailgate to (like yours). But I think my 450 Foreman may be a bit bigger and not allow me to close my tailgate. Man the front bumper does come close to the rear window eh! (my 450 Foreman would even be closer to the rear window, I would think as it has the Warn winch fairlead which sticks out from the front bumper a bit). I'm glad I picked up a BackRack now, after seeing your pics. Thanks
