Default anyone got a tubbed ranger

i just bought a 89 5.0 ranger 2wd long bed i want to do a mini tub looking for pics of tubbed ranger anyone?

thats badass did your springs come under the frame factory i was thinking about moving mine inboard for room

Nope, Ranger's aren't factory that way, but Explorers are.......I used Explorer front spring mounts, drilled holes, used Grade 8 hardware, made my own rear shackle mounts & shock crossmember, and of course had to move the spring perches.

Those are 28 X 15 tires on 15x12's with 7.5" backspacin, no bed interference.

has anyone on here moved there springs inboard on the frame is there any driveability issues

if your looking to lower your ride height with the springs you can just flip the hangars, thatll get 2" drop

I had that thought once, and with the bed off you can see that to do that, you would be almost on top of the center section with your spring perches...........so IMO, you would have to backhalf the truck to move the springs any farther in than I did under the frame.
