Did my PT Cruiser bumpers last year. Easy to do but make sure you clean ALL wax and grease off. For the best result, use their primer first and clear afterwards. I did 2 coats
of primer, 4 color and four+ (until can is mt) of the clear.
The problem with using regular spray paint is that the plastic expands and contracts worse than metal causing it to crack. No problem going through car washes. I sold that Cruiser after driving it for 5 years and intend to do my new Cruiser as soon as it warms up a bit.
