Default Cranking Torshion bars vs keys

Is there any advanatge to putting torshion keys on to level the front end rather than just cranking the torshion bars. Is the ride any different?

Tosrion keys are a waste of money. You will get the same result from just cranking the bolts

U max the bolts out you will have a stiffer ride but it is a truck after all not a Cadillac

Yeah good point..... How much front end lift can I gain with just cranking the bars. Also is there a video or anything showing how to actually crank the bars up. Also can it be done on the ground or does it have to be jacked up?
