Default Fog LIghts

Im wondering if anyone with a 98-01 ranger has a body lift and had a problem with putting stock fog lights back in. Im wanting them back

3inch PA body lift
2 inch torsion bar crank
1.5 inch rear shackles
32x11.50 BF Goodrich KM2 mud terrians
15x8 Cragar v5s
Dee Zee brush guard and taillight guards

I don't get the question... The fog lights shouldn't have anything to do with a body lift.

^^x2. never have i heard that being of any issue at all. bumper's only moving up 3".

The pigtails are moving UP with the lamps.... If anything, more SLACK of the wires would happen...

Well when the body lifted up the bumpers went with it. And stock the fog lights were under the frame. Now they are hitting the frame. So i may just have to figure out how to cut the valance or find fog lights that fit there

Or move the wires to over the frame, and not under it... It's not that difficult.

Upon Shane's request, i went out and took pictures for this thread. Did you read the instructions that came with the body lift? it states that before reinstalling the front bumper you must trim your frame horns in order to slide your fog lights past the frame. All you need is a sawzall and it doesnt matter how sloppy the cut its, you cant see it. just make sure you do it in small amounts because if you take too much off, don't plan on having a front bumper anymore.





Now, back to masking my headlights lol
