Default Rust everywhere

I noticed I had some rust on my frame. So I pulled my bed off and saw that I had a ton of rust on my frame. Any suggestions on how to get this cleaned up and repaired? I'll upload some pics so extent of damage is visible. Also Check out the last pic, does anything look crooked to anyone else?

The right side of the bumper looks lower. When my bed was off mine looked like that too. For some reason the bumper mounts that came with my lift pivot so the bumper looks crooked but I can level it back out by pushing down or up on one side

Default Re: Rust everywhere

You're going to have to wire brush the whole thing with some rust-cleaning acid, repair that giant hole in the frame near the cab and the gas tank with a steel piece and then give it a nice coat of POR-15 to lock in all the rust and prevent it from eating anything else. If you have that much rust though you might want to check under the cab and front end to see if you have anymore large chunks missing. If you have another hole in the frame, or in the cab, you might just want to retire the truck because it's just not worth the time and money.
