Please someone help me,
I need to register my 1996 US Ford Ranger XLT 2.3 4 cyl petrol in Spain. I bought new projector headlights so I could overcome the fact that they drive on the opposite side to England (where it was originally imported to when I bought it)
The problem I have is that I need European conforming headlights not the flat beam that US cars have.
Can anyone tell me what other cars are compatible with the 1996 Ranger? I thought I saw somewhere that Mazda trucks were compatible.
Please please help as I need to legalise my truck asap

I posted something in your other thread, but I have no idea. I dind't know Europe was that particular about such things.

If need be I know a few people in Spain I could put you in touch with but I don't know about the headlight stuff.

Do some fishing for me in the reservoirs and catch some northern pike. They're massive there.

Im not sure what you're looking for, are you looking for projector type headlights or regulaer headlights?

Thank you for your replies, at this stage I'm really not fussed what type of lights they are as I have the originals and some projector lights I have bought and they both are illegal.
The European lights either point to the left (England and UK) or the right (Main land Europe) where as Amercian lights point straight forward on a flat beam.
I need to fit another set of lights to the car that are European I don't care if I have to screw new holes etc etc due to it being a different model and make of car I just need it legal.
I don't even know if the wiring needs to be changed to conform with the new lights.
