Hid's and Kc's
Alright so i now have 4 HID ballasts runnning and 4 KC hilites running. Will i need a bigger alternator for all this power? How many amps is this? Thanks!

I believe stock 01+ alternators are as follows:
Manual trans = 95a Auto trans = 105a Explorer 4.0 alt = 130a You should be just fine the way you are....I always was when I had those 4 130w KC's wired up and the heads and fog hid's running. It all really depends on the KC's....what wattage and what kind of draw they have.
