IMO those would be overkill......Almost cheesy/corny looking on a ranger.

Yea... They do suck. I wanna do the 06 mod but i want to get a 4.0 4x4 at the end of this summer first.

I am planning on getting another ranger with a 4x4 and extended cab but may have to wait till next year (my ranger get paid off in december). I'm still not sure about buying another one or get a f150

btw, is it possible to take parts off from a '97 to '11 ranger and put it on a 2000?

from each make like xl , xlt, 4x4 there are some parts that are interchangeable, and there are some parts that are not. Even if you have the 4.0 engine on both one might be SOHC and the other DOCh and some engine/emissions parts probably couldn't be swapped.

Example. I have a 98 xl 2wd and i bought factory brand new shocks from someone on here that had a 2010 xl or xlt 2wd

What i would do if i had a part number is look it up for the vehicle you want to remove from and look it up on the vehicle you want to put it on and see if the part numbers are the same.
