Default Please, help with billet grille

I currently have this grille...

And I want to to put this grille into it...

The problem is, the instructions it came with sucks. Anybody have a writeup on it, or able to show me how to not make my newly painted grille look like crap?

You need to cut the grille with a dremel in the area that's red.

I can get you some close up pics of where I cut mine tomorrow if weather permits
Here is it installed

Yes, please. Does the dremel leave the edges smooth or does it require some smoothing out. Your grille actually looks alot like the one I got.

Alright, sounds like I know where to cut it now. Did you rivet down the bottom support brackets?
