Default Badly dented rocker panel... please help

New here so bear with me. Passenger side rocker panel is caved to the floor pan about one foot wide. Most severe in the center and tapers off to both sides. Anyone ever experienced such a dent? If so how did you pull it/cover it? I'm at a loss. I'm not a huge fan of nerf bars so I'd really like to pull it. I have access to pdr tools I'm just not trained. No way to get a hammer in there so I have to lever on it or grab it with something. Any ideas are appreciated because my local body guy threw his hands in the air and said "what do you think about filler"... not just no, sir, but hell no

Didn't think about that. Hopefully I can find a style I like. Thanks for the reply

i would just try to pull it back down. it won't be perfect, but will look better. any decent body shop could fix that in a couple hours. there isn't anything behind it to block getting tools in there.

if anyone suggests filling that in with filler, i wouldn't ever take anything back there. in the absolute worst case, you would cut the rocker out and replace it. it doesn't look like a hard fix.

That's what I thought. 3" of body filler would take 3 f**kin months to set! Thing is don't have a tig but I've got a mig. I'd rather do it myself just simply because I don't like giving money away on a truck that's almost as old as I am

Bend it out on your own try and make it look as nice as possible and then buy some self installing bed line and do your sides with it

Thanks guys but way ahead of you. Bought a bunch of rattle cans cause I don't want too rough of a finish. Just waiting for weather to break for the year so I can lay it on. Thanks for the input and all your trucks is badass
