Well..i got bored and started eyeing up the ol' Ranger and ended up taking the valance off...does it look alright in your guys' opinion.

I would lose the other valance and replace it with a 4x4 valance with fog lights.

That's actually what i plan on doing someday, but for the price of the fogs, i couldn't pass them up, and it'll work good enough for now. I might paint the front bumper and whats lefts of the valance come summer though just to make it look better.
