Thumbs up cargo rack? anyone have one on there truck?

im looking for a cargo rack for my truck anyone have any ideas on where to get one or prices? here are the best ones i found so far.

any ideas on how to mount lights on it too. i have 4/ 6'' kc lights and 2/ tractor rectangular lights. i was thinking of having the 4 kc in a row and the 2 tractor lights on the outsides facing about 45deg outward. (pretty fast paint drawing sorry)

i was thinkin about putting a cargo rack on top of my cab. i saw it a few times when i when wheelin and it looked pretty BA. i have a roll bar so i think i would attach it to that and have it come over the cab. like this. (another rough paint drawing sorry)

if you guys have any ideas tips or yay's or nay's plese id like to hear what all the other rager owners think.

(best racks i found for around $100)

Fantastic idea, but the first picture seems like its attached to the rollbar, and roof. I wouldn't do that because if the the frame ever flexes slightly (like a speed bump) it'll start ripping the mounts out of the roof, and that ain't gonna be an easy fix.

Does anyone know the maximum weight you can put on the roof? In particular for 2010 PK dual-cab? One distributor in Australia says roof is unsuitable for anything than door sill mounts (Rhino), when another well known and big after-market supplier (ARB) does a nice steel roof rack with rails that are permanently attached lengthways on the roof. Only want it for another spare tyre and 2 folding chairs!

The door jamb mounts are going to be your best bet. But you cab always do this:

thanks for the warnin, that would be terrible to have it flex and rip. thats why i always post some ideas on here because other peoples ideas elp make things better. im looking at some roof bars that mount on the doorjamb. the best place i found cargo baskets is at discountramps.com. anyone find a universal roof bar that would mount on the truck cab?
