Default Mounting Driving Lights

So today my parents picked me up some Navigator driving lights from Princess Auto. They are halogen bulbs with a blue neon oval like angel eyes. I've been thinking about where to mount them since I'll have time tomorrow to mess around with the wiring. Theres two spots I was thinking of, underneat the bumper somewheres since I don't have a valance or inside the grille in the far right and left lower pockets. I'm open to other ideas aswell.

Here is the kit. It is extremely well made surprisingly for the price and actually has readable instructions.

I'd put them in the open space underneath your bumper on either side of where the front license plate holder would go. That's where I mounted my fog lights.
