Default Side Glass

Anybody know how to remove the side glass on a 92 XLT from a ranger in a junk yard and then put it into my now broken one. it's the rear glass on the drivers side above those little flod out seats.

The local places in my area will repalce it for $450.00 all threee places gave me that price and thats a freakin joke. I can get it out of the junk yard for $20.00 plus the black caulk from the auto body store. I just have no idea how to get the glass out with out breaking it. any and all help is appreciated it's cold out.

I found out that it comes out with 4 bolts. I just hope it goes back in as easy as it comes out

From the inside of the vehicle you take apart the trim around the window which will expose four nuts you need to take off. Once the nuts are off then you just need to push the glass out with care. Clean the old caulk off and put new on. I just used silicone exterior caulk from the hardware store instead of the heavy duty black stuff since it's only a side window and not a windshield. Once your cleaned up and have a good amount of caulk applied put the new window in, tighten the nuts, and reinstall the trim. Thats what i did. It worked out fine and only took an hour which included time at the junk yard to get the new glass. Glass was $12, Caulk was $3
