Default bed sizes/bedliners

I have a 95 ranger w/a standard size bed. I want to find a used bed liner, what years have the same size bed?

i think any year would have the same size bed. there are 2 sizes i belive a 6 foot and 7 foot bed, get a tape measure. you probably have the 6 foot bed which is more common.

i belive ford changed the style in 1998, not 100% sure...
but i wouldnt buy a used one they have a tendency to lift at the back from age, heat and cold... but if you can find 1 cheap go for it..

I have a bed liner that I would sell you, but I'm in MI and I'm assuming your in Tulsa, OK so that wouldn't really work with shipping. I think that after a certain year they started to have integrated hooks in the bed itself.

I don't think a drop in liner is worth the $$$. I think they tend to cause more problems then they prevent. I had one in my 2nd Ranger, a 98. But I was a poor HS kid and the spray ons weren't that big yet. After a couple of years the liner started to deform at certain areas, like over the rails, and I could see where it had rubbed the paint away on the rails a bit. I shudder to think of what the bed looked like, never took the liner out though, so who knows. I know the bastard held water like a cup though. When it would rain and I would accelerate the water would just pour out of the back.

Mine lasted only about 2 days after I bought it and it came out. Took it out and had a little surprise. There was 2 good sized rust holes right in the front of the bed above the frame rail where the bolts go in.

The cab was stretched 3" at some point. Not sure of the exact year. 1998 maybe? I'm sure someone would know. But the 6' box is the same.

2 days after I bought it. Its a 96 and I bought it used and the guy before me must have hauled some hay/ straw because there was a bunch of it underneath it which I am sure held water and salt and snow.
