I know some people have modified a explorer roof rack to work on their ranger.

01DangerRanger just put one on his truck.

YOu cant tell from the pics but I will be going around the edge to seel the small gap it has. The frist pic i put up was a picture before we painted it flat black, looks 100x better. Its fairly easy process, just go to a junkyard, find an explorer, un-bolt the roof racks from it, take it home and youll need to cut it in half(i can get exact messurment). Take the center rack and bolt it on the rails, put it on your roof, messure it to be center on your roof and where there are holes, just fill it in with a sharpie so you can line it up on your roof again. Either screw it to your roof or some really strong glue tpye material

No problem man! Im dont think there would be anyway except cutting the beam that goes across in half but it doesnt seem like good material to do it to. I imagine you could get a pair of roof racks off a different vehical and it should work. How wide it the top of your topper i can go messure that and see if its small enuff
