Did you click the red words?

Just get some painters masking tape some news paper some krylon fusion paint.

Mask off what you don't want painted. Clean what you want painted with some soap and water let dry then paint it

Is it best to take the bumper off before painting it or just taping it off? Would taking it off make it harder to get a good evenly sprayed look?

i took my rear bumper off to paint it, but i kept my front one on for the fact that i cant jack my truck up enough with my baby floorjack to get under my bumper to take it off.

after you take the back bumper off you can crush the little plastic tabs that hold the cover on the bumper and pull it off and paint it by itself, saving you from wasting more tape

if you have the bumper off you don't have to worry about the over spray as much if your a safe distance from the truck with it. if you have the time that's the way I'd do it.
