nope! sorry only 04+ will fit without changing out headerpanel, hood, etc...and yes they make a lockable tailgate handle, dont remember which company does though

Welcome. For a grill swap you would need the Hood, Header Panel and Grill. Are you wanting to go from a 04 grill to the older style? As for the tailgate lock here you go http://www.pickupspecialties.com/poplock.htm. You can probably find it cheaper this was just the first site that came up.

Yeah. If you wanted an 01-03 Edge grille, you'd need a header panel and a hood and of course the grille. 04+ have a ton of grille options....and all are swappable. Take a look at a '08 Sport grille. Might be what you're after. I personally love the 04-05 Edge/Fx4 grille.
I expect STL to post a TON of different grille pics on his truck. hahaha. He's been collecting them. lol.

1st 4 are what came on 2004-2005 rangers last 4 are what come on 2006+ rangers. All these grilles will work on a 2004+ ranger with no other modifications

Awesome pic, Myke! I've had a file folder on my computer for over a year now that I was going to do something very very similar to what you've done there, but also including bumpers and different combinations and such.
In this version of your pic, it breaks it down to what the grille originally came on.  Hope you don't mind.

Dont mind I was gonna get specific like that but got busy and never did.
Bumpers I kinda have something for it. shows difference in 2wd and 4wd/edge/fx4 bumper
