Default slam panel?

ok terminolgy may be wrong but to me from the uk,what i need help with is this....the panel that holds rad,headlights and bolts to chassis legs on my 98 ranger is shot at the bottom,only took a couple of prods and ive now got no lower rad support and the panel is longer connected to chassis,so my question is this....is it bolt on?ie can i get another from a junkyard and swap or am i best going to a dealer and getting the whole panel?ty in advance

When I changed out my 97 front end to the 00, I think the fenders were spot welded to it. It can be replaced. The only real bolts should be the body mounts then however the fenders are on.

so wings off,few tack welds?so with any luck i can get a junkyard one then?
