Default Dents scratches and scuffs

What would be the best way to go about getting out my dent in my passenger side door and all the scratches on my truck other than touch up paint without having to take it to a body shop.

Depending on the dent, you could try heating the surface up with a hair dryer on high then blasting the area with a air duster spray can held upside down. As the metal warms up again, the dent could pop out. Then just wipe off the residue.
