Front end question

Is anyone able to verify that the fenders, header panel, and bumpers are interchangeable between a 2000 ranger and a 2001 ranger? I really like the look of the 2001~2006 front end

Not positive, but what I do know is that if you put anything from 2004-current on your truck, you will need a hood too.

I'm sure 2000 and 2001 - 2003 are different cause the headlights are different so they mount different.

As Jay said 2004-2009 are totally different from 01-03

The frame is the same, so the header panels and such that you stated will fit. You will need to change the header panel and everything to do the swap, but it will mount to the frame. Also, you have 01-03, then 04-current front ends, they are different as well, mainly in the style of the hood and grill.

Bumpers are all interchangeable(98+ swap for 98+)

Fenders are all the same, only difference is if the fender has 'wheel lip moldings' aka flares(01-05 w/ flare, 06+ w/ flare....holes are different)

For a 98-00 to have a 01-03 front end, you'd need the following for an 01-03: header panel, grille(either honey comb style or bar style), headlights, cornerlights, headlight retainer sliders, misc screws and j-nuts.

For an 98-00 or 01-03 to have an 04+ front end, you'd need the following for an 04+: header panel, hood, left hood hindge, hood latch, headlights, cornerlights, headlight retainers, misc screws and jnuts(most of which 01-03 already have). Also need to choose a grille...04-05 there's 5 different grilles, 06+ there's 3 different grilles.

If you want to change your lights and grill you will need to order 01/03 header pannel 01/03 headlights and corners, and a 01/03 grill. your 98-00 hood will be fine. Im doing this mod soon. But i had to order some headlight alignment strips for the headlights. Also im ordering a ohc plus im getting a 03 roush grill. So im gonna be waiting to do my front end swap.

You know the Roush grille is the same grille as on the 01-03 XL trucks, but painted body color, right? Same grille as 01-03 XLT 2wd too....those are chrome though.
