Default Front end brake bias issue 04 4wd

Alright folks, Just got done with another brake job last night cause the truck ate the passenger side rotor on the piston side.. Damn pads had no crickets. neither do the new ones but thats neither here no there.

the last brake job i did i created this issue and it still exists with this most recent job. all the pins are greased everythings torqued down to factory spec. the tires are the same size and inflated properly. The last brake job was new rotors and ceramic pads the rotors were cracked. this time around i decided to do the same, same rotors and same pads. im using napa premium rotors and the adaptive one ceramic pads. they perform awesome. And i get a hell of a deal.

But the damn right side (passenger side) still seems to grab earlier and harder. therefore making the truck pull right. The lines are all clean no corrosion the pistons all move freely the master cyl has no leaks the only thing i can figure is a bad ABS valving unit.. They do control bias and proportioning correct? Maybe a bad CV joint?? Im out of ideas. And dont want to eat up another set of rotors.
